TungLok Heen RWS Adds Singapore Street Food To Regular Menu

Besides its regular a la carte menu of Chinese cuisine, TungLok Heen at Resorts World Sentosa now serves favourite Singapore street food such as Oyster Omelette (Oh Luak; $32++ a portion) using Irish oysters, Chilli Crab (de-shelled; one-day advance order) and Char Kway Teow. It also has Bak Kut Teh ($15++ a person) using Spanish pork ribs and satay ($32++ a portion) made from Spanish kurobuta pork jowl. Kitchen By Food Rebel Extends Friday Hours

Kitchen By Food Rebel has extended its hours on Fridays, closing two hours later at 8pm. From 5.30pm, it will be serving gluten-free craft beer, French wines and items from a light bites menu, such as chicken sliders (below, $13 nett) with gula-melaka caramelised onions and spicy Malay sauce; paprika sweet-patatas bravas ($9), with a lime-infused sambal sauce; and egg frittata ($12.50), stuffed with shiitake mushrooms and arugula. The dishes are paired with white wines from Alsace, the Rhone and Loire valleys, and reds from south-west France.

Mexican Mayhem At 1-Altitude
