Gin Khao Bistro Sentosa Cove is offering a selection of dishes on rotation at $5.10++ each. Among them are squids covered with Thai beer batter, prawn and green mango relish with Thai rice crackers, deep-fried chicken in Had Yai style, stir-fried chicken with signature pepper and garlicky mixture and stir-fried kailan with oyster sauce and salted fish.

Pollen's 4th Anniversary Tasting Menu
Pollen is celebrating its fourth year with an Anniversary Tasting Menu this month. From beetroot and burrata to Jerusalem artichokes, the seven-course menu includes a probiotic ginger ale as a palate cleanser before the main course of beef short ribs. Mitzo Restaurant & Bar has revamped its weekend brunch menu by introducing items such as spicy chilli lobster served with bun, stir-fried X.O. abalone with asparagus and steamed bamboo clam with minced garlic. Durian Fiesta At The Deli, Goodwood
The Deli at Goodwood Park Hotel is selling selected D24 and Mao Shan Wang durian pastries for takeaway, with a 20 per cent discount on D24 mousse cake, durian crepe and durian puff and a 5 per cent discount on Mao Shan Wang mousse cake, Mao Shan power puff and durian ice cream tubs. Higher discounts are available for selected cardholders. A slice of D24 durian mousse cake costs $12+ ($69+ for a 1.3kg cake), while a 500g Mao Shan Wang mousse cake costs $62.
