Famed Sydney chef Josh Niland opens in Singapore in November, alongside elevated Vietnamese and Borneo fare

SINGAPORE – This week saw the debut of famed French pastry chef Cedric Grolet’s eponymous patisserie to three-hour-long queues when it opened on Thursday at Como Orchard.

Several big-name chefs and restaurant brands have landed here, in time for this Formula One Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix weekend, amid a slew of new openings in the third quarter of 2023.
