Kelvin Chng

Kelvin began his career as a photo technician in 1999 before joining The New Paper as a photojournalist. He was with The Business Times before moving to The Straits Times in 2017. His versatility is reflected in his ability to cover a wide range of beats from fashion to crime, before ultimately finding his niche as a court photographer. Kelvin won an honorable mention for Excellence in News Photography at the 2013 Sopa awards and the 2019 SND award for Excellence in Feature Design.
