KOTA KINABALU – Three children were killed in a water village fire which also destroyed hundreds of wooden and semi-permanent squatter homes in Kampong Lok Buta, near Kota Kinabalu.

Firemen were called to rescue and respond to the case at around 1.40am, and reached a scene of fiery red.

Flames were high and spreading fast, with firemen having to knock down four houses to control the spread of the fire. THE STAR/ASIA NEWS NETWORK
