Manchester City captured the imagination when David Silva led the team out against Fulham last Saturday.

His held hands with Vera Cohen, who, at 102, has been a supporter for the last 85 years. In his other hand, Silva was gently guiding one of Vera's great-grandsons, four-year-old Sammy.
