Silver Generation Ambassadors are proactive about visiting seniors aged 65 and older at their homes to see if they have any needs - they tell them about health screenings and active ageing programmes that might interest them, and link them up with the relevant people, should they need help.

This is part of the Community Networks for Seniors initiative, a national community-based care system to support a senior population of almost one million by 2030.
