Consistency in my diet and committing to working out are very important. I try to organise my days so I have time to exercise, know where I will be and where I can get food while there.

Yes, when I stopped training as a professional gymnast six days a week. It took some time for me to adjust my lifestyle and diet as I was not burning as many calories every day.
