I found that observation resonant, as someone from a generation with the opportunity to be far more transnationally mobile. After all, it's hard to commit to an illiquid asset like a flat when you don't know which country you'll be in five years later.
At the same time, it is no secret that public housing policies are designed with certain buyers in mind - so there are members of the society who will have to think harder about how much legwork they can and want to put in.
