BANGKOK - Singtel Dash users who are travelling to Thailand can now shop with an electronic wallet.

Singapore's largest telecommunications company, which wants to be a leader in digital payments, on Tuesday (Oct 2) launched a new digital payment network, VIA, that will allow anyone with its e-wallet, Singtel Dash, to pay for items outside of Singapore too.
