Former army major Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono has been widely touted as a possible candidate for the presidential polls in Indonesia next year.

He is flattered by recent reports and electability surveys linking him to the presidency or as a potential vice-president but it is not going to distract him from his new role at the Democratic Party, said Mr Agus.
