Tour operators in Taiwan are optimistic about the prospect, with travel agencies reportedly assembling tour packages to welcome potential arrivals.

After more than five years of a cross-strait tourist travel freeze, Taiwan looks set to receive Chinese holidaymakers, who used to represent a significant share of the island’s tourism pie.

Tour operators in Taiwan are certainly optimistic about the prospect, with multiple travel agencies reportedly assembling new tour packages to welcome potential Chinese arrivals.
